The PDL 1000 is a menu driven, cartridge based hand held diagnostic tool capable of communicating with engine control systems and auxilliary control systems (for a complete list of manufacturer and system coverage please consult the separate area). The PDL 1000 has a large 4 line LCD display that will display trouble code information and live data parameters in easy to follow explanations. Vehicle selection and navigation through the menu's is straight forward with simple Yes/No options and a thumbwheel to highlight the selection.
